The Free Team Canada Toque Offer (the “Offer”) is sponsored by General Mills Canada Corporation (the “Sponsor”). Offer begins on Monday December 1, 2025, at 12:00:00 a.m. Eastern Time (ET) and ends on Tuesday, March 31, 2026, at 11:59:59 p.m. (ET) or while supplies last (the “Offer Period”). The Offer is available for Canadian shipping addresses only and is limited to a maximum of five (5) Team Canada Toques per household. If enough participating products for more than one toque are purchased on the same receipt, that receipt may be submitted more than 1 time but must be done in a separate online transaction. The receipt must contain enough purchased participating products for the number of additional submissions in order to be valid each time. You must wait at least 24 hours to submit that receipt again.
There are seventy-five thousand (75,000) Free Team Canada Toques available. There will be both a youth size, and an adult size available subject to availability. How to Redeem the Offer
- Purchase at least one (1) Cereal Participating Products listed below (the “Participating Products”) on one (1) Participating Stores receipt (the “Receipt”), during the Offer Period. Ensure you keep the original of your receipt. Participating stores include any store in Canada (online or otherwise) that sells the Participating Products. The receipt must be an invoice of the purchase.

- Redeem your Offer by uploading your Receipt via the Internet at gmfreetoque.ca (the “Offer Website”) and follow the link to the Offer registration page.
- Complete the registration form on the Offer Website by filling in all of the following information accurately and completely: your name, mailing address with postal code, email address and telephone number, and provide a scan or photo of the Receipt, clearly showing the store name and address, the date and time of transaction, and at least any (1) of the Participating Cereal Products purchased during Offer Period. You will also be asked to select which Team Canada Toque (and size) you would like to receive (subject to availability – Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a different Toque size than the one selected if supplies have run out). For further clarity, once 75,000 Team Canada Toques have been redeemed, there will no longer be any Toques If enough participating products for more than one toquetare purchased on the same receipt, that receipt may be submitted more than 1 time but must be done in a separate online transaction. The receipt must contain enough purchased participating products for the number of additional submissions in order to be valid each time. You must wait at least 24 hours to submit that receipt again.
- Click on the “Continue” button where you can review your selection and your mailing address to avoid any late, lost or misdirected mail. Then submit the Receipt photo(s) and registration form by clicking on the “Submit” button. Administrator’s computer is the official time keeping device for the Offer. Online submissions must be received by 11:59:59 p.m. (ET) on Tuesday, March 31, 2026.
- Upon submission, you will receive an email confirming your submission and the estimated time you can expect to receive your Team Canada Toque pending successful validation of your receipt and submission. After you receive that email, your submission will go through the validation process. If during the validation process it is found that your submission is invalid, you will receive a further email indicating that your submission is invalid, and you will not be receiving the toque for that submission. The reasons for submission rejections include, but are not limited to: (i) fails to pass anti-fraud detection system; (ii) is unauthorized, fake, or has been illegitimately obtained; (iii) contains any messages, or other markings not recognized by the administrator; (iv) is illegible, unreadable, not in focus or blank; (v) has been previously used; (vi) does not include the Participating Products, the correct number or costs of Participating Products or is not during the Offer Period; or (vii) is incorrectly or incompletely entered or submitted.
- Assuming there are no issues with the validation of your submission, you will not receive a further email, and please allow up to 6-8 weeks for delivery by mail, of your Team Canada Toque. Please DO NO REACH OUT UNTIL 8 weeks have passed from your submission to inquire about your toque.

Any use of automated devices is prohibited. Offer Registrations attempts by methods other than those described in these Official Rules shall be deemed void. Any attempt by any participant to obtain more than the stated maximum number of Team Canada Toques by using multiple/different e-mail addresses, identities, registrations and logins, or any other methods will void that participant's entries and any future registrations. Sponsor also reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify from this Offer, and any future promotions Sponsor conducts, any individual that it finds or believes to be tampering with the registration process, or the operation of the Contest or Contest Website, to be acting in violation of the Official Rules or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person.
By participating in the Offer and/or voluntarily providing his/her personal information, each entrant consents and agrees to the collection, use and disclosure of the entrant’s personal information by the promotion administrator for the purpose of administering the promotion and fulfilling the Offer. The entrant’s personal information will only be used for purposes of Offer administration and offer fulfillment by the Offer administrator, and for no other purpose, and will not be disclosed by Offer administrator to any third party except as is necessary for the above stated purposes.
By participating in the Offer, entrants agree that Sponsor shall not be responsible for liable for any losses or injuries or any kind resulting from participation in the Offer or acceptance, possession and/or use or misuse of the Free Team Canada Toque(s), or any part thereof, and agree to release, discharge and hold harmless the Sponsor, its officers, directors, parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, related companies, advertising and promotional agencies from all claims or damages arising out of entrant’s participation in the Offer and/or acceptance, use or misuse of the Free Team Canada Toques(s), or any part thereof.
